Franchisees are solely responsible for scouting and securing their commercial space. HQ will provide expert evaluation for layout feasibility, ceiling height requirements, and zoning compatibility to ensure it fits the YUSABU model.
Core Facility Build-Out
To ensure brand consistency and maximum safety, HQ directly supplies and installs the core athletic infrastructure, including our proprietary premium flooring mats and professional Ninja Training obstacle courses. All general build-outs (HVAC, framing, drywall, electrical, and paint) are managed locally by the franchisee to keep your startup costs flexible and controlled.
Comprehensive Pre-Opening Training
Before your grand opening, your leadership team and instructors will undergo intensive, hands-on training at our HQ flagship location in Alpharetta, GA. We ensure your staff is fully certified in safety, class management, and the YUSABU teaching philosophy.
Dynamic Monthly Curriculum (LMS)
